Regarding the position
In order to help more of our customers go from saving for their deposit to owning their dream home and feeling secure knowing that they have the proper coverage in place to stay in that home no matter what life throws at them, we are looking to expand our protection team. We understand that the process of purchasing a home can feel extremely daunting. A Protection Case Manager who is passionate about enhancing the home-buying experience and demystifying the mortgage industry is what we are searching for. You will serve as our customers' primary contact for mortgage counselors and deliver first-rate customer service. As a vital member of the Moneybox team, you will assist our clients in making one of the most thrilling and poignant financial choices of their life.
What you're going to do
. Manage your protection case pipeline proactively and maintain current and correct case data.
. To make sure cases get from submission to on-risk, follow up on unfinished business.
. Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and chat.
. Follow up with protection providers for updates, handle cases via underwriting, follow up with general practitioners for reports, and expedite the approval of cases.
. Put risk-based protection plans in line with the dates of mortgage completion.
. Establish trusting bonds with advisers and other Moneybox teams.
. Always seek methods to enhance the client experience.
. To guarantee seamless client journeys and easy handovers, collaborate with other departments, including Mortgage Case Managers, Protection, and Mortgage Advisers.
. Give the product team input on how to enhance our internal tools and streamline our processes.
Knowledge and abilities
. Experience managing mortgages (preferably for protection) and corresponding with protection providers
. Capacity to manage a high volume process and set priorities appropriately
. Outstanding communication and administrative abilities
. A keen eye for detail Capacity to establish solid and constructive connections with internal and external stakeholders
. tech-savvy and driven to create a brand-new, industry-leading mortgage experience.
. Experience working remotely is preferred.
